    Hi, I have a similar problem. I tried 3 diferent distributions (all of them using nouveau driver) and in all of them the TV output is black and white. I first tried to change the mode to NTSC with xrandr with no sucess (maybe I got the syntax wrong). Now runing Debian LXDE I instaled nvtv but it doesn t seem to have any effect. What am I doing wrong? Does nvtv work with nouveau or is it...

  • Colors wrong with commandline but ok from GUI

    Hi! I'm trying to get the tv-out to work automatically on a Geforce 2 GTS card with a Philips SAA7108. Therefore I want to switch to the tv-out via command line which works but the colors are messed up. BUT: If I'm using the nvtv gui to switch the tv-out on, the colors are ok. I did a register dump (-F -p) while the colors were ok but how can I feed these register values back again in the...
