TV-Viewer is a frontend to watch and record TV. Designed for analog TV-cards working with ivtv, pvrusb2 or cx18 driver and others with a build-in hardware MPEG-2 encoder. It isn't grounded on a special desktop environment, because it uses the Tk toolkit

NetHogs - 'net top' per process
NetHogs is a small 'net top' tool. Instead of breaking the traffic down per protocol or per subnet, like most tools do, it groups bandwidth by process. NetHogs does not rely on a special kernel module to be loaded.
