  • I wanted to draw some icons to use under windows. Under Linux, I sketched them with Pinta and converted to .ico with Netpbm. It was very easy and worked on the first attempt. Simply great !
  • It lacks a reverse filter tool: $ pnmrefilter origin.pnm filtered.pnm > refiltered.pnm (refiltered)=(origin) + [(origin)-(filtered)]
