1) INFORMATION The MVPaa toolbox is meant to be used in conjunction with the automatic analysis (aa) batch script package: http://www.cambridgeneuroimaging.com/aawiki Both depend on the SPM software package (version 5 or 8) and MATLAB. NOTE: this is a work in progress (Alpha)! 2) INSTALLATION To make a local copy of the toolbox, please do the following in a terminal (or use an SVN client): > svn checkout https://mvpaa.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mvpaa You can then conveniently update the toolbox by going into the mvpaa directory and typing: > svn update 3) LICENSE This toolbox is provided on a GNU Public License (GPL) for scientific use.
