- nmap, zenmap, etherape , wireshark, tcdpump, gnome-netool, wicd, darkstat, ntop ...
- iceweasel, xchat, gajim, filezilla i
(iceweasel configured for tor and i2p via privoxy, xchat configured for i2p-chat)
- retroshare, gnunet-p2p, nicotine

- ssh, sshfs, rsync, monkeysphere ...
- encfs, cryptsetup, cryptkeeper, wipe ...
- metasploit, w3af, inguma, sqlmap, dsniff ...
