nice and intuitive libary for C++ developers - must have for anyone looking for a free open source ogging library

Getting an error of not finding a project log4cppDLL_stlport_boost.dsp and similar other boost related project in the workspace. no clue of this project, while my project manager insist to use. totally screwed up bcs of this project. i am a windows developer, i expect everything to compile on first use but not able to compile atleast with vc++2008. no hopes of getting help on the same. if any helps me it will be a life saver for me. SOS
