Complete rewrite
I've re-implemented the whole thing and made the interface to the class a whole lot nicer. The new code uses libsigc++ to do eventhandling and the STL string class and is getting quite stable.
I will start developing a complete new version of ircsocket sometime this summer (when exams are done). I suspect a release in aug/sep. 'till then.
I have not had enough time to maintain the project properly lately. I will start developing on IRCSocket again sometime in the future. It is very likely that I will create a whole new API.
I am busy with University these days so I have hardly any time to further develope IRCSocket at the moment. Patches would be greatly appreciated.
