Shares cost the player nothing, but have a 'deemed price' associated with them for score/ROI calculations. UI support only in 'newui' currently. -Add $FXTP::ANONYMOUS_TRADERS config variable. If non-zero. trader names won't show up in booked order or trade history lists.
