When I try to start hybserv with ./hybserv from a non
root account it gives me the following error:
"Unable to open SETPATH (/usr/local/hybserv/settings.conf)"
What is the problem and how can I fix it?.

this leads to not using BNET features (ircd-hybrid-7-bg
integration)
solution: see CFLAGS in main Makefile.
