hybserv-bg is greatly enhanced version of the pupular hybserv IRC services, designed to complement ircd-hybrid-7-bg; its most notable features are HostServ, SeenServ, nickname change enforcement, dual language help system, and soon with ImServ (ICQ & MSN)
