• Released 1.0.3 version

  This time not just fix, but some improvements. Now tickets, faqs, links and documents can be stored also like HTML datas. You need to modify the database structure (you must add a column to this four tables). Some fix with intranet mail and with some missing translations. Read UPDATE.txt file in docs folder to see the how update from a previous version, and read NEWS.txt to see all changes.

  ------- 1.0.3 ------- Tickets, Faqs, Links and Documents now can be stored also like HTML documents. In HTML mode HELP DESK WIKI will not insert a <br> tag for each CRLF of the text. Now HELP DESK WIKI can send HTML emails (just when you store an HTML document and ask to send an email). Fixed some missing translations in emails: the web application sent some words in italian also with english language configured. ------- 1.0.2 ------- Fix on translaction file: the message that confirm the rubrica (address book) updating was missing. ------- 1.0.1 ------- First official public release. Beta version.

  I'm sorry for this stupid update. When I made the first initial translations I forgot to retry all features do I don't discover a missing string on translaction, wheren I try to update a contact data on Rubrica.
