  • I'm so happy to see someone kept some of this source code through all these years. To most these files seem like nothing or the bare limits of a game engines in progress. Except the original project to me was a bit passion of mine while I was young and was one of the main reasons I became a programmer. It was the first tangible portions of free form code that I saw how they made something so cool work together. Over the year the exoFusion and GamersFusion sparked a bunch of interest in many people allowing them to build their own game with little to no experience and slowly drive entire communities to have some fun and free to play. Weather it was Mobile Suit Gundam themed, Dragon Ball themed or maybe some space themed version it gave many people to make something enjoyable in such a time where there were no resources to learn from. You have to remember when this all originally came out, there were no coding schools, no university would even have class that could teach you what this did for many years to come. There wasn't much in the way of teaching others coding online for sometime but this gave everyone a glimpse in how they might write their own browser game. I will forever be thankful on the original project and this one as it reminds me of a great time I once had. Thank you to the poster of this project!
