  • I, Prince and upcoming King of Nigeria hate this platform it is the worst thing I have ever used. It hacked into the Nigerian mainframe government system and now we are going to war because crucial data has been compromised. My team of lawyers will hear about this. Please citizens I beg of you do not download this horrid app.
  • Oooo - do NOT like the removal of EDALL from the menu for version 8.0.0 which provided us with an overview of all code. The inclusion of EDIT in the dropdown IS useful - but why not have access to both? This seems illogical. Will be deleting 8 and reverting to the previous version.

I don't know what you're referring to. It could be an accidental regression. Can you open a bug on this with more details (maybe before/after screenshots)?
  • A LISP without parenthesis. A REPL with immediate access to graphics. It has allowed me to quickly load text files with data to analyze and graph, to implement and explore analytic geometry functions and artificial intelligence procedures, and to develop small programs that would otherwise required much bulkier development environments.

  • I have been teaching Logo to middle school students since the late 90's. MSW Logo and FMS logo have been my go to. If you are interested in the track us down on YouTube - HLModTech. Thanks for all you do!

  • Good Logo environment. My child uses it at school. One disadvantage is this app is for Windows. But I agree it works fine under Linux via Wine.

  • The Logo language is not just "turtle graphics" and the FMSLogo implementation is an invaluable and actively supported teaching tool that unleashes the Logo potential in several different contexts, allowing the students to learn even very complex programming topics (without having to deal with the natural language barrier for those that don't speak English, as the entire Logo language can be - and has already been - translated in several other natural languages).

  • Not just for teaching children! After considering Visio and CAD programs, I chose MSWLogo and now FMS Logo to create algorithm based drawings for patent applications and product designs, including animated gifs for demonstrations. Runs fine on Linux too, via Wine. If I had to do it over again, I might have used python and its turtle module, especially if the imageio module had been available back then.

  • Nice Logo interpreter for Windows. Easy to use, very compact, and so on, suitable for kids that do not need to have latest hardware available.
