Tivar is an Android app that provides read-only access to the following fldigi
modes:
  PSK, DOMINOEX, THOR, OLIVIA and MT63

The objective of this app is to provide a low power highly-portable fldigi
read-only solution.  There is no facility to transmit any signal.
