Fireflier is a firewall tool, which is built on top of the iptables framework. You can create rules based on single incoming network packets or simply allow/deny single packets to pass. This project is discontinued. (see homepage)

There were lots of changes, to list just a few: * bugfixes in the Qt client * load/save iptables rules (configurable) * fireflier now works on amd64 * fireflier server can now talk to both i386 and amd64 clients * fireflier Java (thinlet) client is now signed, so it can be used from a browser * build.xml for the java client * fixed a few more memory leaks * documented functions in sharedc++ * one ssl_ctx per server, and detach client threads * update the build-dependencies * merged a few changes from 1.1.x * we now catch std::bad_alloc * working on gtkclient, it is buildable currently
