When the player dies, the fade out is correct but does not switch to the main menu correctly.

This version contains dozens of improvements, bugfixes, and features.
* There are more enemies to shoot down, and they are nastier and more triggerhappy than ever!
* Enemies are capable of wielding more firepower! Expect to see some heavily armoed (and armored!) planes in future releases
* A very basic level has been created. Blast your way through a few dozen hostile planes before.

This is related to the "warning" image appearing; if the warning sign is active and the player quits the game using escape, the game crashes.

When fading the midi sound out, the program will experience heap corruption and crash. Most often happens after the player has died and the ingame music fades while the screen is transitioning to the main menu.

When the binary version of the program is run on some computers, it shows a black window and then freezes.
I'm not entirely sure why this happens (debugging was not enabled on this particular version) but I'll look into it ASAP.

In release mode, some enemy planes spawn without a running animation (specifically, their propellers don't seem to be turning). This does not occur in _DEBUG mode.

The transition of a music piece fading out does not work properly; It cuts out too quickly. Example: when the credits have ended and the music is fading out before transitioning to the main menu, the sound suddenly cuts out.

This bug seems to appear in the release version of the build, so probably a problem with the _DEBUG macro somewhere. Shouldn't be hard to fix.
