To date, eMule is one of the world’s largest and most trustworthy P2P file-sharing clients. eMule includes advanced search features, file checks for corruptions while downloading, a preview while downloading function, and a credit system to reward frequent uploads.

Using it for years, very good ed2k peer-to-peer client. Since Merkur (the original author) left the project, there's currently an updated version on Github, maintained by other team members. Check the official site to find it.
