The Entitlement Based Scheduler (EBS) is a modification of the Linux O(1) CPU scheduler that introduces entitlement based scheduling for SCHED_NORMAL tasks.
Interactivity improvements, and bug fixes. Background tasks are now treated as "almost background" in that they, like other priority tasks, receive promotion periodically.
