A distribution syncronizer using rsync download

A system for downloading distributions such as Mandriva Linux from official mirrors using rsync. It is based on the excellent troels.rsync6.2.pl (Troels Liebe Bentsen) and rsync-plus (Ron Stodden) scripts.
