Version 1.3 of the SDK has been released; thr name reflects the fact that this new release has been completely rebuilt for use with Axis 1.3; it won't work with older versions of Axis. Building from Axis 1.3 had a number of benefits, including better readability of code generated from WSDL, with no odd _underscored class names.
