This SDK is a library and set of demonstration code created to assist developers wishing to implement the IMS Enterprise Services specification. The SDK is in Java, and uses the AXIS web services framework. The SDK also provides example JSP applications.

SDK 1.3 released
Version 1.3 of the SDK has been released; thr name reflects the fact that this new release has been completely rebuilt for use with Axis 1.3; it won't work with older versions of Axis. Building from Axis 1.3 had a number of benefits, including better readability of code generated from WSDL, with no odd _underscored class names. We also benefit from more direct addressing of some types which previously involved all kinds of odd referencing tricks. So far we've had good results from testing the new SDK, let us know how you get on. Oh, and this time we put in an example that actually did something rather than just return valid "not supported" codes; we have a HSQL DB with a couple of people in it that can get returned from a method call. You should be able to use this demo more easily than the old one, and extend it to build your own implementations.
