The BeWelcome-Rox [1] project who's aim it is to create an open source platform for cultural and hospitality exchange social networking websites [2-4] released a new development version. This release features a working draft for a fully translatable forum. The possibility to translate forum posts into different languages significantly improves internationalization for worldwide communities. This release also includes several improvements of the framework including a new demo application "hellouniverse" to help new developers to get started with the code. BeWelcome-Rox is a piece of PHP/AJAX code with underlying MySQL-DB that allows to run and maintain a social network focussed on but not limited to hospitality exchange.
