What's happening?

  • HTML in entries

I was hoping you would make it so that HTML works when I put it into my entries. BirdBlog is the best that I have used, minus this problem.. :\.

  • Comment: Cannot Add more users!

I found the solution to this problem on my own, after a couple of hours of searching through the .php files and the template files for all the files connected to the user.php and usermng.php files. If you go into the template for 'add user' in the admin CP section of the templates, you'll see the form action link is wrong. It tells the form to add a user to the file 'usermng' but it is...

  • Cannot Add more users!

Birdblog is telling me it cannot find usermng on my server, but the file is there. This is keeping me from adding multiple users to the blog! Please help! deadonrevival@vigilantelove.net.

  • Deferring Spammers

I have been using BirdBlog and its awesome. One thing that would really help with eliminating spammers in the comments sections is to add a field to where the commenter would have to enter a series of alphanumeric characters that are displayed on an image that is generated by PHP. • Comment: Can't log in

I had the same problem. Here's what I did to fix it: - backed up my database to an sql file - deleted and recreated the database - ran the birdblog install again (should have a clean birdblog install now) - restore the database from the sql file It sounds like you may have already tried a reinstall though.

  • Can't log in

I installed with no problem, but after viewing the main page with no entries, I clicked on Admin CP and entered user name and password. The user name and password clears out when clicking Log In. Caps lock is not on, there is one record in bbg_users and everything looks ok, but I can't log in. I've reinstalled and changed to a shorter password, etc. Nothing works. Any...

  • Comment: error with running the 'birdblog'

Logged In: YES user_id=1069815 Sorry to get to this so late... I think I need to either close the trackers or monitor them better :\. But anyways... I guess I can't help anymore because there isn't a BirdBlog installation at that location anymore.
