Biosqueak is an Open Source project intended to allow the Squeak Smalltalk community (see http://squeak.org/) to contribute tools designed to solve problems in computational bioscience.
Are any of the current developers still interested?
Please update the site if you have done any work on Biosqueak!
I created a basic CVS repository for the project. There is not much there but the top-level directory structure is similar to what is used by BioPerl and BioPython. Enjoy!

I announced this new SourceForge site for Biosqueak on the Squeak email list on 12/21/2001. I guess that's the official date for the birth of the project.
