That clock works under Win7. Unfortunately it seems to display the wrong time. (It uses 7 bits for seconds, 7 bits for minutes and 6 bits for hours. That makes 64 hours per day + 128 minutes per hour + 128 seconds per minute.) Anyway under Win7 it cannot display the options window.
