  CHANGE LOG AND TO-DO LIST FOR GRAYSCALE BANDSITE CMS Ver 1.1.0 - April 19, 2005 1. Lots of code formatting - every file has been "touched" to ensure that the code has been properly formatted for readability. Honestly, a lot of the code was a mess and it made it hard to read. 2. Added $root_path variable to all files - this will keep includes from breaking if anything ever gets moved around. 3. Switch to the new karlcore contact form - this form contains some pretty hardcore validation that will prevent anonymous idiots from sending blank messages or talking shit. 4. Now showing fliers, merch thumbs, and gallery thumbs in the admin control panel 5. CSS modifications for public forms tables: mailing list, contact, guestbook 6. Fixed bugs in photo gallery (sourceforge bug #1145133) Ver 1.1.1 - July 16, 2005 1. Tons more code formatting, indentation, etc. to make for greater readability 2. Added some often-reused variables and functions to the config file 3. Minor code edits. There were some places where output from the database was invalid HTML. This is now fixed 4. Fixed sourceforge bug #1216299 - variables screwed up in /includes/content/contact_content.php 5. Commented out offending code from sourceforge bug #1216302. Ver 1.1.2 - October 24, 2005 1. *Very* minor code clean-up Ver 1.1.3 - not officially released 1. Code formatting, SQL statements 2. Added password protected login feature. The following files were changed: /adminpanel/includes/config.php - $success_destination variable added /adminpanel/index.php, /adminpanel/change.php, and /adminpanel/preview.php - added line of code to call the auth_header.php include file /adminpanel/includes/footer.php - link to log out was added The following files were added: /adminpanel/auth_header.php /adminpanel/login.php /adminpanel/login_footer.php /adminpanel/login_header.php /adminpanel/logout.php 3. Fixed errors on mlistconf.php and mlistremove.php - thanks to Cosmic Slop for the heads up Ver 1.1.4 - June 27, 2006 1. Minor code formatting 2. Repaired security vulnerability announced at http://secunia.com/advisories/20768/. To repair the issue, I ensured that $root_path is always properly set to be the document root. Finish the config form (probably Ver 2.0.0) 6. Create new admin interface that doesn't have everything separated the way it is now (probably Ver 2.0.0) 7. Add code to eliminate guestbook spam - a recent problem in the Grayscale Blog, I have the code but have to insert and test it(probably Ver 1.1.2+) 8. ceate link on gallery's filtered view so that we can take them to the member bio(probably Ver 1.1.2+) 10. anonymize guestbook e-mail addresses(probably Ver 1.1.2+) 11. when lyrics are displayed, add link to MP3(probably Ver 1.1.2+) 12. fix the whole interaction model of this CMS, because there's a lot of Usability problems (probably Ver 2.0+)
