Hi Chris,
I get a similar failure only if I deliberately put an incompatible version of cygwin1.dll into the 'lplex-0.3\bin' folder. It may be that there's another stray copy of cygwin1.dll in 'c:\windows\system32' or somewhere else in your system path which mpeg2enc is loading instead of the one in 'bin' (many other programs use this dll and install it all over the place).

Just tried the new version and figured I;d post since there was an Error with jpeg2yuv|mpeg2enc. here is my pasted lplex.log file contents..

Hello,
Im new to this program. I keep getting this error at the end. Im trying to burn a dvd-audio disk from 24bit/96khz .wav files. When I drop the folder it does everything all the conversions and creating the dvd files but at the very end it says: libdvdread:cant stat N:\music\jazz\brandx24-96_DVD\VIDEO_TS NO SUCH FILE OR DIRECTORY
Then the next line reads: *ERROR: Can't open dvd files in...

Thanks Bahman for your precious help. I follow you double tips and everithings is fine.
Now is my turn to try the "Compilation" mode.
A DVD, even if filled with a 96/24 flac files, has always free space and i want to insert more flac file is possible.
