Nice project! But wav files, if used as input for dvda-author, must not have a 'wave format extensible' type header, only the deprecated WAVE_FORMAT headers are being processed (as with version 10.06-400). I had to write a little tool to strip the ex part from the WAVE header. It can be downloaded here: http://home.arcor.de/tmielke/Wav2Raw.zip (win32 only, but should run on WINE)
