a delegate compiler and a numerical scripting language (like syscalls). the compiler is done in concept but the backend is still in the brainstorming phase.

the reason this release is a fork is because the compiler reads straight through rather than breaking apart the script into smaller pieces. this method uses key symbols as cues to delegate the stream. this method seems to be able to translate more complex syntaxes rather elegantly but is extremely hard to conceptualize and nearly impossible to debug. this method will probably be used in smaller portions in the main branch and the whole thing was definitely a learning experience.
completely redesigned compiler. the compiler now works much like how the final compiler will work. renamed the packages to be more self-explanatory. compiler object now embedded in object model as 'root.compiler'. the compiler has now officially reached "meta" status all known bugs fixed.
-fixed nesting error with ';' character -added support for end of line comments specified by the '//' character sequence
