Problem still exists. Steps to reproduce:
1) Settings ->Edit Incident Statuses -> Add New Incident Status (e.g.
Test)
2) Incidents -> select the tick box for an incident and set "New Status"
to Test from the drop down box. Then select "Update All selected".

If you add a new incident status and assign this to one or more
incidents, these incidents will not show up on the incidents page.
The new incident status doesn't show in the drop down box 'Select
incident status', and even selecting 'all' does not work.

you click new incident then incident page appears with the correct
information and the email addresses of the approriate users to
contact. However clicking to prepare an email for the incident you
get the following message:
"The e-mail address...

When adding an email address to a new incident, leading
and trailing email addresses are not stripped, leading
to possible double values in the users table and to all
kinds of other inconveniences.
