Using Dialogflow, you can provide new and engaging ways for users to interact with your product.

Dialogflow can analyze multiple types of input from your customers, including text or audio inputs (like from a phone or voice recording). It can also respond to your customers in a couple of ways, either through text or with synthetic speech. Dialogflow CX and ES provide virtual agent services for chatbots and contact centers. If you have a contact center that employs human agents, you can use Agent Assist to help your human agents. Agent Assist provides real-time suggestions for human agents while they are in conversations with end-user customers.

  • I can't figure out how to use the software. It has so many options that i simply fumble around in it at the moment. Although the application is free source where is the manual ? It seems to be the video subtitle editor i want and want to learn but why do they not include a manual. I know that not many Mac users have a requirement for a manual but this application appears to be so powerful that a manual would go a long way to get a good start with a successful edit. If someone here can point me in the direction of a download for the manual thank you. I have tried to change the color of movie dialogue/text from the traditional white to use the color yellow. My brother has vision problems whereby white lettering is hard for him to see especially when the background is very pale or even white. However can't figure out how to change the color and if i do it does not stay colored .

  • The only reason for the low rating is because I can't figure out how to use the software. It has so many options and I can fumble around in it which shows me it's exactally the software I'm looking for. It has options and a pretty good look and feel to it with what looks like a well thought out user interface. I just feel like a stupid kid who's been put in the pilot seat of a 747 and told "it practically flys itself." A big red arrow pointing to the START button would go a LONG way.
  • Yes, this is a nicely working program!
