#87 Choosing an "External Mod" in the FL UI seems impossible

In earlier versions, you could activate a second voice, and then use the first voice as modulator by using the "External Mod" combo box. Currently, the combo box does not seem to hold any values that can be chosen.

    Partial Fix in place. The Oscilloscope view is still desynced
