i almost forgot! i have a surprise for you all! attached you will find a vim syntax file and a vim+ruby script(s) for sorting collections! just follow the directions in the README. the syntax file is really only about half done. but it's a great start. and the the sort script is kind of cool. given: - name: john age: 32 - name: bob age: 20 if you put the cursor on age: 32, for instance, and press F4 the two array nodes will swap positions. i.e. sorting on the age value. neato! so i was going to use these on my project, but it dosen't look like it'll work out that way. but that's okay. now we all have them to use! i paid some really nice overseas programmers, Dmitry Borodaenko (manager) and Ihar Viarheichyk (coder) $500 to do this. actually i still owe them $250, so enjoy it damn it! :) surprise! tom -- tom sawyer, aka transami tra...@tr... |
