(by the way it looks like php just calls its combined list-map thing an array) well, i can't say i mind this too much. it does give a way to do ordered pairs, even if not represented natively. ummm...but it would make it difficult to serialize a php array, you would need a special type. 6 of one, 1/2 dozen of another. there's got to be a right way for all of this.... -- tom sawyer, aka transami tra...@tr... |
