Serato's timecode is freely available. I don't think it's licensed for replication other than personal use, but both NI and Serato do not hold strict licenses to their copyright on their timecode. MsPinky refuses to distribute even the pressed vinyl disks except to customers of their full system and only makes a Windows API available for processing timecode information - making development of a cross platform timecode reader difficult and possibly illegal, and is generally unnatractive - Serato vinyl can be had for U$10-15 each, and MsPinky vinyl is not only very difficult to acquire but is more expensive. With such a low barrier of entry and no particularly strong benifit to using MsPinky vinyls over Serato Vinyls...
