Made it possible to add statically compiled .o files from an external directory.

This is done by putting emuMakefile.h in the arch_config_dir. This is useful because dynamic libraries are harder to make, especially on Windows.

In heap_xsb.h: include sys/types.h so that heap_xsb.h could be included by itself, without heap_xsb.c
