Wikidata: Claims should be prioritized by ranks

As per this ticket: https://sourceforge.net/p/xowa/tickets/279/
Wikidata recently added ranks to claims. There appears to be functionality that prioritizes multiple claims by ranks. For example, if Q183 has multiple P36, then {{#property:P36}} then should pull back the P36 with the highest rank.
I want to rework some of the wikidata tests before I implement this feature. I may wait until there are other wikidata items before tackling this.

For the record: The corresponding ticket in MediaWiki's bugzilla is https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58403, so there is no need to implement this before it works in MediaWiki. --Schnark

Not sure why this comment was marked modified. I believe it is unchanged (I already had the url above). Also, the time seems about 11 hours later than when Schnark ordinarily replies.
For what it's worth, I am aware that the ticket has been closed. I moved this item higher up on my to-do list, but I'm a bit back-logged now with Scribunto items.
Thanks. I added myself to the cc list.
v2.8.1 now returns preferred claims first
