#200 Multitouch support

It would be very confortable for touchscreens to have multitouch support. For example one could replace the current "options -> Touchscreen as hand tool"
with a mapping for the touchscreen for every number of fingers.
This way the touchscreen could be mapped as follows
1 finger:

• hand tool

2 finger:

• zoom
• selection tool (1 finger touch switches back to default 1 finger tool)
• vertical space tool

Maybe also 3 finger

• selection tool
• vertical space tool

That would be very nice, but GTK2 and Xinput don't seem to support
multitouch. One will first need to rewrite the xournal code to use GTK3
and Xinput2. (Daniel German has begun serious work in this direction and
his GTK3 port works reasonably well but still isn't quite ready to
replace xournal for various reasons including performance).
