#89 Week-end time Xoopsform clean up

Am going to clean up the xoopsform classes a little.

• Constructors parameters should become optional for
  all elements (as corresponding html attributes are anyway)
• Attributes management code will move to a parent
  class, so it can be used by all classes
• I might add the XoopsTemplateForm class if I can find
  my old source file

Considering the time of submissal and your gigantic work on
XoopsForm classes in 2.1 is this item still relevant?
