#203 Anonymous access to search user profiles

I have several sites in which the membership is really
private. I have set the view/search, etc permissions on
the profile settings to not allow anonymous or even
regular users to be able to view or search profiles.

I tried removing all access for anonymous users to the
profile module, but then, of course, they weren't able
to register since registration is now in the profile
module.

Unfortunately, however, the user name and email fields
are not configurable and thus available to all users,
even anonymous users, no matter the settings. This
TOTALLY violates my users' privacy.

For example, try searching for email that "contains"
.com. Hmmm. That result should only be visible to my
users, if they choose to display their email, NOT to
everyone in the world.

I need to have the ability to remove access to view
user real names as well as the ability to completely
remove the search functionality for user groups without
removing their ability to login/logout or register.
