I'm hoping someone can give you a better answer than I can, but here 
goes.... The keymapping files are in /System/Library/Keyboards. What 
you see is what you get. Almost no one makes new keymapping files 
these days so if what you want is not there it is unlikely you will 
find it elsewhere. (A small caveat to that is that a few brave souls 
have fixed minor problems in the existing files and posted them to 
the XonX CVS site.) NeXT style keymapping files like these are soon 
going to be obsolete and Apple has not publicized what will replace 
them.

Your best bet is to find a file that is as close as possible to what 
you want and then use xmodmap from there. Once you've got what you 
want you can use "xmodmap -pke" to get a file that you can use to 
reproduce your keymapping in the future. Ideally someone has done 
this for you and they can send you the file. Unfortunately there is 
no way to use the standard XKB files. XDarwin's XKB support comes up 
short in several ways. The underlying keycodes are different between 
XDarwin and XFree86.
