I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by "on line line".  I  
use XMTV::Writer to write the channel list, but then I use XSL  
transforms to convert the programme list from each tv channel to  
"almost-XMLTV" format and then postprocess each <programme> element  
slightly and write it to the file using the raw() function in  
XMLTV::Writer  (see the loop in lines 399:433 of the script).  Is this  
a problem?  All I really know is that the data passes the validation  
suite and MythTV can understand it.  If there are any XMLTV clients  
that don't understand my XML, I'd be happy to update the script.
