I would suggest taggin CVS with RELEASE_0_9_1 or > something similar and making tar-balls from that. sounds perfect to me... maybe it wouldn't be too bad to tag and release 0.9.0 also. (if only to see what troubles this brings, to know better for 0.9.1 ;>) to do this, you could do something like: * cvs update -D "2001/09/13 23:31:52" (this is the timestamp i get for xine-0.9.0 in my timezone... i'm not sure if this would be the same for you. check the cvs log of any xine file to be sure) * [do auto-stuff] * make dist along the same lines, the tag can be made: * cvs tag -D "2001/09/13 23:31:52" DVDNAV_0_9_0 to get rid of the stickyness (and revert to the current sources), do * cvs update -A cheers, Heiko |
