Gxine is going the wrong direction IMHO. The use of the
Javascript language will make it slow and buggy.

Users want a fast and reliable player, please remove Java!

Justify this. If you think that there's a problem with how
it's used, send a patch. If you want something which doesn't
use Javascript, look elsewhere.

As for Java, I can't remove from gxine what gxine doesn't use...
