http://bugs.xine-project.org/show_bug.cgi?id=289 Summary: control (ctrl) and shift keys press events for "screensaver handling" Product: xine-ui Version: 0.99.5 Platform: AMD64/x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: major Priority: P3 Component: Misc AssignedTo: xin...@xi... ReportedBy: mar...@gm... Guess why I have bought a new keyboard and almost crushed my motherboard (darn, it generates key presses even when mobo is unplugged!) and Linux and why now xine is not longer used by me for listening Internet radios. I'm so angrry about your stupid program generating ctrl and shift press events! How do you imagine browsing web sites when you still getting enabled html access keys, huh? I was lucky I came up on the idea it can be xine screensaver handling "method". If there really is no other way to do it on Linux, then at least make it generating in fullscreen, not in window mode! Yeah, I know, I should be happy I can have your xine app as it's for free and open source but this solution you used is as professional as some "IE only" sites. I can't wait until I tell someone "hey, guess how linux player is dealing with screensavers"... -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.xine-project.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
