[xine-user] CSS problem

I am trying tp play a DVD from the BBC (Yes Minister), and keep getting
a "You do not have rights to play this" message. The DVD plays fine on a
normal DVD, and I have no problem playing Hollywood DVD's (at least
those that I have tried).
Does anyone know if the there is a special version of libdvdcss that I
need or do I need some additional software ?.

I am using FC6 and have installed xine-lib-extras-nonfree and
gstreamer-plugins-ugly and libdvdcss (1.29).
