Don't know about FOTR, but the Matrix does indeed do the "view angle=20 voodoo". I think it is related to the "follow the white rabbit" special=20 feature on the DVD. It used to cause havoc in old versions of Xine. Not=20 sure what happens now, though. Specifically, it happens in one of the first scenes where Trinity does=20 the cool high kick with the camera panning around. Later, it happens during the beginning of the dojo fight ("I know=20 Kung-Fu"... "Show me") when Neo does multiple forward kicks while in the=20 air.
