Hi, I just received a message from Peetah reporting that kaffeine frontend does not show this behaviour (but totem does, as well as xine-ui). This would be a quite important finding. I'd like to ask everybody with this problem to confirm that kaffeine/libxine rc5 combination does not produce the blue window problem. I'm currently checking how video window is created on QT, looking for any particular difference. we have had issues like that before, but was the other way round - kaffeine was not displaying subtitles. besides, checking if window manager makes any difference would be interesting too... (what desktop are you people with problem using?) thanks, Miguel On Fri, 13 Aug 2004 19:59:00 +0200, Stefan Brandner <ste...@ut...> wrote: > I installed SuSE 9.1 on my system, compiled xine-lib-1-rc5 and have now > problems with playing dvd with xv.
