[xine-user] Using RTSP protocol

Hi,

I'm trying to use the RTSP protocol with xine v1.0.0
but it doesn't work.
Can you tell me some instructions that I have to
follow to use it. 
I don't know if the rtsp plugin is properly installed
in my system.
Does xine-ui support rtsp protocol?
