[xine-user] Radeon R100 and vidix: everything blue or black

Just tried vidix driver, but everything is dark blue to black. tried fumbling
on colorkey settings, no effect.
xine-lib beta4, ui .18, XFree4.2.0, Radeon 7200 (R100)
